Office Hours are generally from 8 am to 5 pm, although appointments may be scheduled later or earlier when needed.
The Diabetes Center is out of the office on Tuesdays.
Outreach clinics to Sundance and Moorcroft are held through Crook County Memorial Hospital every other Tuesday. Call (307)685-7818 or (307) 685-7817 to schedule an appointment in Sundance.
Outreach clnics to Newcastle are provided through Weston County Medical Services every other Tuesday. Call (307) 746-4491 and ask for Outpatient scheduling to set up an appointment in Newcastle, WY.
